I couriered a package to Cape - town, that was meant to take two days to arrive, I did this on a Wednesday.<br> <br> When the receiver contacted IC express they told him the package will only arrive on Monday, so he wanted to cancel the delivery which I then did and reimbursed him for the payment he had made for the goods.<br> <br> Only to my horror to find that they did end up delivering the package on the Friday (I had now already paid the gentlemen back)<br> <br> They then collected the package from him which was great, now I could only afford to courier it back to myself after I have been paid, so they have slapped me with storage fees as of R1140.00 plus the R120 to send it back to me.<br> <br> So something that was meant to cost me R120.00 has lost me a thousand rand due to messing up the shipment arrival date - another R240.00 to courier back and forth, plus R1140 to store my goods.<br> <br> To make matters worse, my company and I are regular users of the company, which of course will no longer be the case.<br> <br>
