I purchased a tombstone from ICare Cash Funeral, and my experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. The incompetence and lack of professionalism displayed by this company are absolutely appalling. First and foremost, the tombstone they installed had an incorrect inscription. It is beyond comprehension how a company specializing in this service could make such a basic and egregious error. The attention to detail was clearly lacking, and it's disheartening to think that they are entrusted with such important and sensitive tasks. Furthermore, the unnecessary delays and complete lack of communication only added to the frustration. It felt like pulling teeth just to get any information regarding the status of the installation. Instead of taking responsibility and promptly rectifying the situation, they had the audacity to refuse to do anything beyond offering a mere apology and call it a 25 rands mistake. This lack of accountability and refusal to correct their error is inexcusable. As a paying customer, I expected to receive a product that met the agreed-upon specifications. Unfortunately, ICare Cash Funeral failed miserably in providing a satisfactory service. It's disheartening to see a company prioritize their ego over customer satisfaction. I would strongly advise anyone considering ICare Cash Funerals for their tombstone needs to think twice. The level of incompetence, poor communication, and lack of accountability displayed by this company is truly disheartening. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by seeking services elsewhere.
