I purchased a tombstone from ICare Cash Funeral, and my experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. The incompetence and lack of professionalism displayed by this company are absolutely appalling. First and foremost, the tombstone they installed had an incorrect inscription. It is beyond comprehension how a company specializing in this service could make such a basic and egregious error. The attention to detail was clearly lacking, and it's disheartening to think that they are entrusted with such important and sensitive tasks. Furthermore, the unnecessary delays and complete lack of communication only added to the frustration. It felt like pulling teeth just to get any information regarding the status of the installation. It is unacceptable for a company to leave its customers in the dark and ignore their concerns. What's even more infuriating is the attitude displayed by the company when confronted with their mistake. Instead of taking responsibility and promptly rectifying the situation, they had the audacity to refuse to do anything beyond offering a mere apology and call it a 25 rands mistake. This lack of accountability and refusal to correct their error is inexcusable. As a paying customer, I expected to receive a product that met the agreed-upon specifications. Unfortunately, ICare Cash Funeral failed miserably in providing a satisfactory service. It's disheartening to see a company prioritize their ego over customer satisfaction. I would strongly advise anyone considering ICare Cash Funerals for their tombstone needs to think twice. The level of incompetence, poor communication, and lack of accountability displayed by this company is truly disheartening. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by seeking services elsewhere.

This institution only has its own interests at heart. My daughter has been struggling to get a certificate, yet the fees are up-to-date. She has been there a number of times, and we have made several calls to no avail. They keep sending us from pillar to post. In the meantime, my daughter is losing out since she cannot produce the computer certificate at interviews. Most of the time, one cannot reach them, and when you do, you get transferred multiple times with no solution. Very disappointed.
They are very professional from the time your order is confirmed to the delivery date. They keep updating you through smses and emails until delivery. Even after delivery you get an sms confirming that your parcel has been delivered. This will ensure that if for some reason you didn't receive your parcel, you can be able to follow up quickly and trace it. Some courier companies can learn a lot frim from Snatcher
I finished paying back in 2018 and since then I have been requesting a settlement letter from them without success. I have sent numerous emails without success and what is worst is they appear on my credit score as if I owe them and I do not owe them. For me to correct my profile if for them to send me a settlement letter. Numerous emails and calls have gone straight to deaf ears
My account was handed to them and the amount changed from R13000 + to R17000+ and on asking that at least I receive a statement every month so that we are both on the same level from now they ignored me. As off now according to my records R8000 is outstanding but i will not be surprised if the amount changes again to R20000 +. It took them three weeks to email me a statement in the past and after requesting one and that is when I received the one i believed was cooked. Receiving a statement cannot be that difficult and it will ensure that if I have questions I ask them there and then and if I am wrong they will clarify immediately also
Worst customer servivce ever. My account was handed over to mbd attornies and I have been paying for over three years but I have never received a statement either from mbd or mtn. I have been requesting a detaied sttatement for almost two weeks now
