I NEED MY REFUND
I HAVE REGISTERED A CHILD FOR MATRIC IN JANUARY PAID THE MONEY THEY REQUIRED. PROMISED THAT CLASSES WILL START TOWARDS THE END OF FEBRUARY AND WEEK BEFORE THE START OF CLASSES,THE SCHOOL WILL CONTACT THE LEANER WITH STUDY MATERIAL. THE SCHOOL DID ANY OF THEIR PROMISE AND WENT THE SCHOOL CANCEL AND REQUESTED THE REFUND.THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING TO ANYTHING I EMAIL ASKING MY REFUND. MARCH IS THE THIRD MONTH NOW.RESPOND FOR MY REFUND.

Registration refund
Early this year I registered my son at Damelin Pietermaritzburg and was required to pay a deposit of R3000, of which I paid. When the child was supposed to start with classes we were told that he can't start because a lecture is not available to teach them. Its towards the end of the year and there has been no communication whatsoever, only found out that the campus is closed now in September. Iv been calling the campus with no luck. i would like my money back.

Registration refund

Refund for non registration
I had paid a R5000 registration fee to ICESA matric school only to find out my child cannot register due to their SAICA non compatibility. I have requested for a refund from the beginning of 2023 and have been sent from pillar to post. I am really exhausted by this whole exercise

Refund for non registration

Appalling Service
This institution only has its own interests at heart. My daughter has been struggling to get a certificate, yet the fees are up-to-date. She has been there a number of times, and we have made several calls to no avail. They keep sending us from pillar to post. In the meantime, my daughter is losing out since she cannot produce the computer certificate at interviews. Most of the time, one cannot reach them, and when you do, you get transferred multiple times with no solution. Very disappointed.

Refund
It’s been 5 months requesting a refund due to the fact that my sister left the school as they did not allow her to write her subjects for upgrade first semester. They said out of the R5000 paid, they’ll deduct a non refundable R500 fee and pay back the balance. But nothing thus far, they’re not answering calls now nor replying to emails. My mother went there to find out what’s the delay but they brushed her off and said it takes 6 months to a year to get the cash back. We’ve been trying to communicate but nothing at all. ICESA Matric School!!! Please Stay Away, they are a Scam and will use every opportunity to milk your last sent and threaten to blacklist you!
I registered my son with ICESA Matric school in 2020. I paid every cent I owed, regardless I have been receiving calls from them saying I still owe the school R1000 rand, they said there is a R1000 which is not reflecting on their account. I sent them proof of payment confirming I paid that money in November. No one ever confirms receiving my emails, they will keep quiet as soon as you send proof, and a few weeks later they are still sending emails claiming i owe them and threats to blacklist me. As expensive and useless ICESA is, I have ensured I pay every sent, they are still bullying me. And ignoring all proof I have sent them. Stay Away From ICESA Matric School.

Tuition fees
We de registered in less tha 4 weeks and the institution is claiming we are liable for the full years tuition fees But their cancelation policy does state that if you can cancel in less than 4 weeks
