It’s been 5 months requesting a refund due to the fact that my sister left the school as they did not allow her to write her subjects for upgrade first semester. They said out of the R5000 paid, they’ll deduct a non refundable R500 fee and pay back the balance. But nothing thus far, they’re not answering calls now nor replying to emails. My mother went there to find out what’s the delay but they brushed her off and said it takes 6 months to a year to get the cash back. We’ve been trying to communicate but nothing at all. November 2021 I sent a request to change banking details for the debit order and kept following up on the request which was finally done Jan 2022. 28 Jan my package was deactivated, I spoke to someone who told me I need to make payments coz the debit order after change will take a month to be active. So 29 Jan made payments via pick n pay. Yesterday 31st of Jan the debit order went off. Now I have paid double for Jan coz the system DSTV is using cannot track records or just being competent. There is no way one package can pay twice. May I have my money back and DSTV needs to really explain to me coz I have emails from when I was changing banking details and also WhatsApp chat where I was told to pay coz the debit order will take a month. Help me understand what's happening here
