GETTING ROB BY ICB

Good Day, my Name is Cherroldene Erfurth and i did my Bookeeping to Trail Balance and Payroll Course by Damelin Boksburg, i then couldnt do my exams at the time, so this year i tried to arrange to do my exams , unfortunately Covid 19 happen, so i finally only got hold of anymore late this year to do my exams, after endless fights, i am only allowed to do my Bookeeping exams as i paid for both my courses.After making other loan i had to pay R1100-00 AGAIN TO DO MY EXAM Two weeks ago i was only given my portal information to access my student portal to get my information, my exam suppose to be 5 December 2020 , WITH THIS LITTLE TIME I MUST DO 2 TEST, POE AND PREP FOR EXAM, so i feel to overewelmed regarding this as well i have alot personal unforseen things that need to be done and sort, so i ask Damelin Boksburg if i could postpone until next year, but was told must pay R280 to postpone which i was ok with,but my phone fell in the water so i email them monday 23 November which apparently cut off date was 20 November i did apolozie and wanted to arrage and do payment but then i was told no ICB SAID I MUST PAY OTHER 1100 TO DO MY EXAM!!!!!!!THEN WHAT HAPPEN TO MY R1100.00 I HAD ALREADY PAID WHY DOES ICB ROB PEOPLE OF THERE MONEY AND AS WELL OF OPPORTUNITY..HOW IS FAIR OR EVEN LEGAL..YOU CANT CALL ICB AND NEVER REPLY, DISGUESTED THAT MUST FIGHT AND GET ROB LIKE THIS JUST TO GET EDUCATION
