I am happy with Icb i am studying accounting and had a very good experice with them any time i need help and had a query they assist. Eloise my lecturer was great and is always very help and patient i feel it help me a lot preparing for my exam. The online exam ii find is great

UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDER
This company keeps making *****ulent debit orders on my account 31- July ICB EPIC APSERV170637 3H7EH 31 July ICB EPIC APSERV170637 3H8B4 I reversed the above transactions. End of August they have once again debited my account 31 Aug -ICB EPIC APSERV170637 3S5N8 To make it worse they have since removed their contact number on their website, making it frustrating process to get In touch with them.

PATHETIC SERVICE!!! THIS INSTITUTE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN!!
My daughter was scheduled to write her exam tomorrow 05/12/2023 (FNST), she has been disqualified from the exam with no explanation. I called the institute to query why she had been disqualified as she had submitted her assignment on time and had done all the pre-checks, so what was the reason, as my daughter could not access the website after being disqualified. I tried each and every extention and it just rang and went to voicemail, after calling online through their website the lady told me that there was only one person available in the institute beside her and she was in a meeting, after writing a complaint on their website, the same lady called me back, saying her colleage told her to call me urgently (just 5 minutes before she'd told me that there wasn't anyone else there besides her and the head of exam who was in a meeting??) , I told her I needed some answers, she took my daughters student number but lo and behold, she cannot pick up any of my daughter details on her system, she spent a few minutes trying to logon on to different sections and still nothing!!! She could access the list of candidates for the exam but my daughters name wasn't on the list, surely if she was scheduled to write and was then disqualified her name would be on the list and then marked disqualified? which means she was never included to write the exam because they obviously need to make money off someone. My daughter did everything she was supposed to do just like she did in December last year when she wrote her bookkeeping exam, so she's fami**** with assignment deadlines and pre-checks. This is totally unacceptable!!! I would like a full refund for my daughters books, and the registration and exam fees if she cannot write tomorrow!!!

Certificates(Financial Accounting Course)
Since last 2021 been asking help for my certificate been taken from pillar to post, been told certificate was send via post when I called the post office to trace it nothing was found. their service is so terrible and frustrating they don't even allow phone calls you get voice machine instead. I will not recommend anyone to study with ICB

online exam scam
i was writing my exam yesterday, the exam couldn't load and Im expected to pay and do a rewrite for the mess. i send an email that my exam is not loading and having difficulties. they said i should have did a chat instead of the email. i'm expected to do a rewrite and pay only may. why they dont do technical check up a bit early then open exam on the said time its beat me. icb is just making money on student . a fair rewrite without paying and sooner than have to wait for 3 months to write again would be fair. so disappointed at icb

I am so sickened with ICB. I was hospitalized when i had to write my final exam. GETTING ROB BY ICB
Good Day, my Name is Cherroldene Erfurth and i did my Bookeeping to Trail Balance and Payroll Course by Damelin Boksburg, i then couldnt do my exams at the time, so this year i tried to arrange to do my exams , unfortunately Covid 19 happen, so i finally only got hold of anymore late this year to do my exams, after endless fights, i am only allowed to do my Bookeeping exams as i paid for both my courses.After making other loan i had to pay R1100-00 AGAIN TO DO MY EXAM Two weeks ago i was only given my portal information to access my student portal to get my information, my exam suppose to be 5 December 2020 , WITH THIS LITTLE TIME I MUST DO 2 TEST, POE AND PREP FOR EXAM, so i feel to overewelmed regarding this as well i have alot personal unforseen things that need to be done and sort, so i ask Damelin Boksburg if i could postpone until next year, but was told must pay R280 to postpone which i was ok with,but my phone fell in the water so i email them monday 23 November which apparently cut off date was 20 November i did apolozie and wanted to arrage and do payment but then i was told no ICB SAID I MUST PAY OTHER 1100 TO DO MY EXAM!!!!!!!THEN WHAT HAPPEN TO MY R1100.00 I HAD ALREADY PAID WHY DOES ICB ROB PEOPLE OF THERE MONEY AND AS WELL OF OPPORTUNITY..HOW IS FAIR OR EVEN LEGAL..YOU CANT CALL ICB AND NEVER REPLY, DISGUESTED THAT MUST FIGHT AND GET ROB LIKE THIS JUST TO GET EDUCATION

FASSET Certificate Reprint - ICB - Piteous apathetic service
I don't know how it is possible that nothing has happened on my multitude of requests to the ICB on re-printing of my FASSET qualifications. Someone has to be held to account for their incompetence, I've now for 5 years tried to get them to do something and there is always an excuse, now no response.
