This company keeps making *****ulent debit orders on my account

I reversed the above transactions.

End of August they have once again debited my account 31 Aug -ICB EPIC APSERV170637 3S5N8

To make it worse they have since removed their contact number on their website, making it frustrating process to get In touch with them.
