This company keeps making *****ulent debit orders on my account 31- July ICB EPIC APSERV170637 3H7EH 31 July ICB EPIC APSERV170637 3H8B4 I reversed the above transactions. End of August they have once again debited my account 31 Aug -ICB EPIC APSERV170637 3S5N8 To make it worse they have since removed their contact number on their website, making it frustrating process to get In touch with them.
I have the worst experience from Rain to date. I recieved my router on Wednesday the 07/02/2024. I have been making multiple calls to their support team trying to get my router activated but without success. I have recived emils stating the problem has been escalated, and a support person /Agent will contact me and that has not happened at all . All I am told is their support team is working on it. Have been told thatvturnoround time dor support calls is 24 to 48 hours..Really !!!!!!! I am areadh started to doubt thier services at this rate and seriously considering termination. I AM LOSING TIME AND MONEY..
I had a contract line that was terminating end of February. I called Vodacom Mid Feb around the 13th to cancel the contract and somehow managed upgrade. However three days later I called back within the 7days to reverse the upgrade as my son opted for another deal that had more data as it was for school. The consultant that helped me indicated that they would have to log a call to reverse the upgrade with the supervisor. The voice prompt on Vodacom call centre states that the reversals and cancelations should be done in 48hours. I have since been calling them every three days and the consultants keep telling me that the same thing. Log a call for the initial consultant that did the upgrade to call me back for the reversal. Its the same thing over and over again being ..I have called VODACOM As a customer I do not have access to the original consultant that did the upgrade, I also do not have access to the back office responsible for the reversals and it means that I will never be helped. ..(order#1-35977827823564)
<p>I bought a fridge about two years ago through one of the retail store and the fridge is not functioning properly including making some grinding noise on and off as well . I lodged a service request with the retail store and Hisense has sent about 4 guys to on different occassions to fix the fridge . All the agents that they have sent did not leave any paper work of what was wrong with the fridge nor what they fixed and all of them apperently were doing guess work as they fixed different things. The fridge only works for at most two days after being fixed . None of the agents - serivice agents / customer care have ever called back to see if the fridge is working properly after thier attempted repair. Funny part is everytime you call teh customer care , they have evidence that the service repair agent updated on the job card that they fridge was repaired but they could not make a simple follow up courtesey call to check if all is well.. Have lost thousands of foods stuff due to it getting bad because of the fridge condition.</p> <p> </p> <p>This has been going on since December 2016 . Efforts to get proper help from the call centre fruitless. I have even asked to speak to someone senior and have always been transfered to the call sentre.Wrote an email to the customer service email on the 4th of January and recieved an out of office response from R Jackson and till this day have not recieved and response on my email.</p> <p> </p> <p>Went back to the retail store and they have indicated that they have also been unable to get any assitance from Hisense on this matter.</p> <p> </p>
