I am so disgusted with the service at Haasendal Mcdonalds i have ordered by them and they never get my order right. this morning i ordered my daughter a celebration meal because she received a award at school and they got the order wrong AGAIN i paid for stuff i did not receive and after going on the facebook page, them telling me oh no mam you need to go on the uber eats page and then i go on the uber eats page still no response from them. Last time they delivered the incorrect food they only paid the difference of the food back into my account a few days later and only said sorry, i am stupified how these people are still in business. My daughter love Mcd but you guys are becoming BIG disappointment in my house really.
I ordered chairs and a washing machine from homechoice 2 weeks ago to this day , the chairs was delivered last week but not the washing machine. After contacting homechoices customer service and sending a email to delivery support email address that was give to me by the customer service i still did not receive my washing machine. HOW are you still in business with the bad service you have been giving your customer's?
I am so sickened with ICB. I was hospitalized when i had to write my final exam. Had an emergency operation with a recovery of 2 weeks minimum. i sent my sick note in and all they came back with is you need to pay again to write your exam. I have tried to get in contact with them sent emails, called to no avail. No further response from them other then the original email that was sent that i have to pay again. My question is WHY must I pay if I sent you a valid sick note and reason on why I could not right the exam. ICB does not care about their students they only care about the money. Not one response to my query or emails its been MONTHS.
