i open motor warranty and service plan in March 2025. i was paying R588 monthly for both. when i took my car service in December they failed to pay my service in full. they only paid R1332.06 instead of 3380. i feel ****** by this company and require full refund of my premiums.
i bought a car battery in May within six weeks the battery stopped working. i went to have a battery replaced instead they loan me a s****ped battery and was told to come back after 3 days. i was specific i dont want the same battery anymore i rather exchange for a new battery. when returning after 3 days they refuse to give me a new battery and add only 100 rand now it was an issue of they want an invoice of which they didn't request when i went to lodge a complain. i paid using my account and showed them a slip on my phone as proof, but they refuse saying they want hard copy. i spend so much already on transport and have mechanic to determine what's wrong with my car and transport to battery centre only to be told its just a new battery purchased which was supposed to last me 25 months. should they refuse to give me my money which means someone *****ulently bought in their store with my card. if anyone is using them, they should be aware of their customer service.
Good day I've placed an order on Uber eats to the amount of R95. I couldnt give me exact / pin correct address and on additional note I've noted my delivery address. The driver went to the address on the map and ignore my messages. Calling the driver to confirm where I am. He told me his only allow to go on the pin address. So he would cancel my order. On my side I didn't receive any order but I'm expected to pay. So disappointed with Uber eats. Now I'm blocked on their app saying I should pay the R95 first before I could place orders or request a ride.
i bought c***** slice cheese at pick n pay. my family has consumed some of the cheese without realizing it has expired or rotten. as a result, we became sick i consulted a doctor and i had to give my kids activated charcoal. upon inspecting the product, the expiration date is 3 May 2023 and manufacture day is 6 august 2024. so how do the item expire before the manufacture day. I've sent emails (7Dec) to c***** with the picture of the product which was ignored.
bought a phone hisense on the 4th of January. phone gave me problems with 3 days (battery not lasting a day and network not stable) . Try to send the phone back within 7 days of purchase. salesperson (Zweli) didn't want to take the phone saying i have too many applications open and my data mobile is on. hence the battery becomes exhausted or doesn't function properly. the persist on giving me problems went back for him to exchange or give my money back. since the phone was reported within 7days. he told me his going to book the phone close to 6 weeks. and i can not have a phone for that long. i dont understand why i cant get my full refund,
i went to game Alberton store to apply for phones, they told me I'm late as the process of opening for phone takes about an hour in which i was in store @ 17:30 before close time. the agreement they will call me the next day to collect the phones i must leave my documents. Days passed without hearing from them. when i went i found a different sales lady who told me she finds my documents. i must come again tomorrow. i suggested i emailed them documents and they print from their side since im unable to come again for the 3rd time as its time and money consuming from my side. and im planning to leave SA for a holiday Thursday morning. they bluntly refused and manager was not of help because he is controlled by the sales. he couldn't make his decision as everything was decided by the sales lady. my kids need this phone for their travelling. instead of planning my trip i had to frequent game daily which i ask who's going to compensate for daily visits to the shops since their sales personnel are *********** and can't handle important documents.
i've taken adsl 24 month contract with telkom which i was paying 209 and contract was supposed to end October or November 23. From March this year they start billing me R375 without any explanation. i phoned them which they fixed for March debit order. fo i experienced some connectivity issues my line didn't work yet they still bill me 375 for April again. the technician came and they told me they would fix my line because they have discontinued adsl i must upgrade to fibre. i phoned telkom that i have 24 month contract and not interested in fibre because now i was supposed to pay R549. i stayed without internet the whole of May and month end they still debit my acccount R375 of which i reversed because i'm not receiving any service yet im expected to pay an amount of which is not my monthly debit order of 209. telkom have ruined my name @credit burea yet they are the one who failed to uphold their 24month contract. how can one be expected to pay while they are not receiving any services.
i won 4 vouchers at vodacom R50each. the vouchers had no voucher numbers. i logged a call with vodacom promising to send me new vouchers. the send 2 instead of 4 which are not working. attempts to resolved this has failed. phone number used 0716034849
my son was hospitalized 21 dec 2022. hospital have communicated with fedhealth which failed to pay the claim from hospital and xray department. numerous email were sent to the scheme without any response.
I have contract with vodacom been paying R368 monthly. October 20th i received a call to migrate from 500mb to 1gig at an extra R10 to my bill. To my surprise i received a bill of R550, been trying to resolve this with vodacom even request voice recording which they failed to provide me. After 3 weeks matter has not been resolve and Charlene from elite mobile informed the matter is resolved in their side. There's nothing they do.
