ICEXPRESS - WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER (Order 66422)
I have had the worst service ever from this company. A parcel was collected from Gordons Bay to be delivered to Lydenburg on 30/10/2021. The parcel was supposed to be delivered 3-4 working days. After 13 days we started asking and they had no idea where the parcel was. It has been 137 days and no parcel. According to the CPA the courier services is liable for the parcel until it reaches the client and it is signed for. We dealt with a Romario Raman which also disappeared after the requested quote of the contents was sent. Still battling to get a refund for my parcel.

Quick and Much Cheaper than Other Providers
I don't often post compliments but this time I think it is definitely warranted. After sifting to the many service providers for deliveries I found IceXpress online. From their easy to use online quoting and booking service, to their quick email response to my enquiry and their timely collection service, their service was excellent and much cheaper than all the other providers that I investigated. Will definitely be making use of their services again when needed.

Damaged radio control jet by couriers
A radio control jet was sent to my husband from Johannesburg to Still Bay. The couriers involved were Xpress Online Couriers (ref no: 841488) and The Courier Guy (TCG21952533). The jet was delivered to me, destroyed, on 03/03/2020. Photos were immediately sent to a Henrico at 082 6646570, who is apparently the local contact person in George. He promised me to sort the problem out. Despite numerous phone calls from me, I haven't had any feedback from them. I feel I should be refunded for my financial loss by the courier.

started use the company for delivery for the passing 3 months. <br> <br> 2 weeks ago. i placed a order on Thursday. as normal i expected the order Will picked up the next working day from my store(open 7 days a week from 9 to 4:30) . but the following week Monday received a call from client ask me where is the parcel. it took me S*&
