After having been advised of the package to take by their technician, who we met on site and fully advised why we needed the service ie working remotely full time and in need of a stable connection. We took the package advised on and from Day 1 complained of the instability, we were then told we had to upgrade to an 8 Mb package as we were maxing out the line (In spite of having previously had a 6Mb line for 5 years that worked perfectly and not having added new devices or new requirements for the line.) We went up to an 8 Mb package and the instability continued fluctuation from 0.?? Mb to 8.?? Mb We finally got the techinical Manager who advised that we were linked to an unstable Pietie ?? dish on a house which should not be supporting all the people on it and 2 bad connections on this line, and this would be rectified by day end 12 Dec 2025. I was given a letter whereby the Technical Manager( for my company, advising they would get the line stable. All weekend the line was extremely unstable, we reported and were told the tower was fine there were no issues but the instability has not stopped. Our 2 neighbours on the same line were disconnected, cut off, couldnt get service since 11 Dec 2025 and still do not have connectivity. Please note all our acounts are fully paid cos if they were not we would be cut off yet they can provide shabby service but we must keep paying!! Today when contacting the Technical manager I was told we should have had a business line. I then ask why when their technician advised as to the package why we were not told that, she then kept speaking over me when I was talking, I then ask her why when she asked me on Friday to allow her to speak and I gave her the respect and waited for her to talk, I asked why she would not show me the same respect and she disconnected the call!! Is this what we pay for nowadays, if I wanted to pay for a lack of service I wouldnt.. My job is threatened due to non delivery on my part - because I cannot attend teams meetings, nor can I gain access to urgent documents, recordings etc on our server as they wil not update due to the lines instability. I ensure when I work I provide service over and above the salary I earn but it seems Companies nowadays make too much money as they are not interested in servicing the people who pay for required services.
