This Iclix is bad. If I could give less than one star I would. There is something terrible going on at Iclix. They are more offline than online. Stay away from this place. They have all these adds of how good they are BUT they are NOT. They LIE. As soon as another SP are available in our area, we are moving SPs immediately. Iclix is becoming the new Vodacom it seems.

This Iclix is bad. If I could give less than one star I would. There is something terrible going on at Iclix. They are more offline than online. Stay away from this place. It has now been more than 20 days where Iclix drops the connection on an hourly basis. PEOPLE, DO NOT GET ICLIX AS YOUR SP. You will be sorry. They cannot handle their client base anymore. Just like most SP in South Africa. They advertise one thing and then you get nothing what they promise. This SP is so bad now. Wow, it is very sad.

I was always happy with this place but lately, (like everything is this ****** BEE country), this place is falling apart. Our internet for the last week has been horrible. I cannot do my work without a dip taking place. I get kick out of meetings and then 3min later I am connected again. I lose trades because this place thinks it is funny to just disconnects the user without any heads-up. Maybe stop showing off on Facebook of how you guys are standing around Bloem trying to do whatever, and maybe get your existing technology sorted out. It seems you only focus now on the fibre side of thing, and the rest of your technologies gets left a side. Pathetic. I ask the tech for the last 3 days, what is going on and all I get back is, a ticket has been logged. Then the ticket gets close, but I still sit with the problem. But when month ends come, they want their money. We as the public are getting SICK and gatvol of this BS service.

I wrote a review about the service we had received and how dissappointing it was. I would like to follow up that the Company from the CEO down got involved and sorted out our issue, even to the point of ensuring an installation was made at our house on the farm which ensures we have the quality of service that we require and pay for. Outstanding

After having been advised of the package to take by their technician, who we met on site and fully advised why we needed the service ie working remotely full time and in need of a stable connection. We took the package advised on and from Day 1 complained of the instability, we were then told we had to upgrade to an 8 Mb package as we were maxing out the line (In spite of having previously had a 6Mb line for 5 years that worked perfectly and not having added new devices or new requirements for the line.) We went up to an 8 Mb package and the instability continued fluctuation from 0.?? Mb to 8.?? Mb We finally got the techinical Manager who advised that we were linked to an unstable Pietie ?? dish on a house which should not be supporting all the people on it and 2 bad connections on this line, and this would be rectified by day end 12 Dec 2025. I was given a letter whereby the Technical Manager( for my company, advising they would get the line stable. All weekend the line was extremely unstable, we reported and were told the tower was fine there were no issues but the instability has not stopped. Our 2 neighbours on the same line were disconnected, cut off, couldnt get service since 11 Dec 2025 and still do not have connectivity. Please note all our acounts are fully paid cos if they were not we would be cut off yet they can provide shabby service but we must keep paying!! Today when contacting the Technical manager I was told we should have had a business line. I then ask why when their technician advised as to the package why we were not told that, she then kept speaking over me when I was talking, I then ask her why when she asked me on Friday to allow her to speak and I gave her the respect and waited for her to talk, I asked why she would not show me the same respect and she disconnected the call!! Is this what we pay for nowadays, if I wanted to pay for a lack of service I wouldnt.. My job is threatened due to non delivery on my part - because I cannot attend teams meetings, nor can I gain access to urgent documents, recordings etc on our server as they wil not update due to the lines instability. I ensure when I work I provide service over and above the salary I earn but it seems Companies nowadays make too much money as they are not interested in servicing the people who pay for required services.

A well deserved 5star rating to Iclix ! The speed of my connection is consistently fast and reliable . The customer support is always responsive and helpful. Any maintenance is communicated beforehand. A pleasant experience overall
