I am fed up with the level of service received from this company
am writing to formally complain about the refusal of your staff at the ladybrand Clicks branch to exchange or refund a faulty kettle. On the 05 of February 2026, I returned the product to your store because it was defective. However, the Store Manager refused my request for an exchange or refund citing it is not damaged. If I remember correctly clicks Manager does not work at safeway so he does not have the expertise to check the safeway appliances to make sure it is still in good working condition . We waited almost 30 minutes for the store manager to check the kettle for leaks. This is not the service we expect from a Clicks manager. Umder Section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act( CPA), I am entitled to return defective goods within six months of purchase for a repair, replacement, or refund at my ðiscretion, not the store's. This right applies regardless of whether the product has been used or if the original packaging is missing, provided it has not misused. I request that you honor my rights under the CPA and provide feedback. If I do not receive a satisfactory response. I will be forced to escalate this matter to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud CGSO or the National Consumer Commission.
am writing to formally complain about the poor service my wife experienced on 06 February 2026 regarding Route Pretoria to durban via Kimberley. My wife boarded the bus at Ladybrand garage at approximately 21h40. Shortly after, the bus broke down between Clocolan and Ficksburg. Passengers were left stranded for almost 4 hours before a replacement bus arrived. As a result of this breakdown, she was left traumatised and shocked. I expect a higher standard of service and proper maintenance of your vehicles. She was supposed to be in Durban at 6h30 but she arrived at 12h00 pm. They did not even offer them anything food or drinks as compensation even an apology

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a product I purchased at Shell store in Senekal on the 27th of December 2025. I bought a package of buns. Their email address is: admin@senekalfillingstation.co.za Unfortunately, the buns were rotten and covered in mold when I opened the package on my way to ladybrand. I was very disappointed by this product as food quality is a health and safety priority, and the product was not of satisfactory quality.
