I was always happy with this place but lately, (like everything is this ****** BEE country), this place is falling apart. Our internet for the last week has been horrible. I cannot do my work without a dip taking place. I get kick out of meetings and then 3min later I am connected again. I lose trades because this place thinks it is funny to just disconnects the user without any heads-up. Maybe stop showing off on Facebook of how you guys are standing around Bloem trying to do whatever, and maybe get your existing technology sorted out. It seems you only focus now on the fibre side of thing, and the rest of your technologies gets left a side. Pathetic. I ask the tech for the last 3 days, what is going on and all I get back is, a ticket has been logged. Then the ticket gets close, but I still sit with the problem. But when month ends come, they want their money. We as the public are getting SICK and gatvol of this BS service.
