This Iclix is bad. If I could give less than one star I would. There is something terrible going on at Iclix. They are more offline than online. Stay away from this place. They have all these adds of how good they are BUT they are NOT. They LIE. As soon as another SP are available in our area, we are moving SPs immediately. Iclix is becoming the new Vodacom it seems.
It has now been more than 20 days where Iclix drops the connection on an hourly basis. PEOPLE, DO NOT GET ICLIX AS YOUR SP. You will be sorry. They cannot handle their client base anymore. Just like most SP in South Africa. They advertise one thing and then you get nothing what they promise. This SP is so bad now. Wow, it is very sad.
I was always happy with this place but lately, (like everything is this ****** BEE country), this place is falling apart. Our internet for the last week has been horrible. I cannot do my work without a dip taking place. I get kick out of meetings and then 3min later I am connected again. I lose trades because this place thinks it is funny to just disconnects the user without any heads-up. Maybe stop showing off on Facebook of how you guys are standing around Bloem trying to do whatever, and maybe get your existing technology sorted out. It seems you only focus now on the fibre side of thing, and the rest of your technologies gets left a side. Pathetic. I ask the tech for the last 3 days, what is going on and all I get back is, a ticket has been logged. Then the ticket gets close, but I still sit with the problem. But when month ends come, they want their money. We as the public are getting SICK and gatvol of this BS service.

Today was the 3rd time i buy “Extra Savings” stuff from you and for the 3rd time, i did NOT get the savings that was advertised. Are you lying to us or are your systems not working properly.? Please let us know becuase i have other people that also had the happen to them. False advertising.
Good day. I need to share my experience here, so no one waste their time like I did. I contacted WeAreGamers in December 2023 to order parts and Werner Basson (Employee and founder) told me that they will assist me on the 5th of January 2024. Well, it is now the 12th of February 2024 and still no feedback. The messages go through, but no one replies. I was so hopeful when I talked to Werner from WeAreGamers, that he would be able to help because it would be a start for something big. I made credit available at Tree Fever to start the journey. As of today, I have not heard anything back from them. I had to contact Tree Fever and cancel the credit which is now impacting me negatively. To be honest, I do not know if WeAreGamers are doing any business anymore as no one contacts me back. Please be aware of this so you don't waste your time and money or your name trying to order for your clients.
Hi. I want us as the community to work together to crash Centlec. I am inviting everyone who is tired of this company STEELING our money with NO service in return. HALF of Bloemfontein is now without power for the last 4 days and Centlec think they are untouchable. I want to invite all their clients who is tired of this BS to come together and let's make a plan to shut Centlec down. Let's make sure we get them all workless. I will be starting a project that we will not need this peace of shiit company anymore. We will make sure they close there doors and leave all of them jobless. They dont want to listen so now they must feel.
Well, I was trying to be a new MTN client as I always was with Vodacom but I have been trying new for 2 weeks for MTN to let me know about my application I send them. I was trying to take out a new contract with them, but 2 weeks has gone and no one has contacted me yet. Thank god, I am having this experience with them now and not later. Keep your business MTN, if you don't want more client, no problem, Ill stay with Vodacom thanks.
I have never in my 40 years of life, came accross a company so USRLESS and pathetic as this place. We sit for 15 hours without power after they said the problem will be rectified with in 4 hours. What people works there.? Do they have any education what so ever.? This people have no pride no worry. They do not understand that we pay their salary. Remember Centlec, if you have no clients, you will have no one to pay your salary so please keep this up. ALL of you will sit without work and it will be your own fault for being so useless. So please go on. Maybe get poeple to work for you who has a better qualification thans grade 8. You are a ***ing joke to the country. Your reception doesnt even know what is going on. My god you are a waist of space and your sucking this country of ours dry with your shiit service. I promise you, you will pay for all our damages.
