1. Online check-in did not work 2. I tried to phone the whole of last week to make arrangements for our arrival, no answer. I tried x4 times a day. 3. I also send a message through their website (contact us) and send an email, no response to this day. 3. There was no visible reception or someone to assist 4. The lady said she will leave the key and WhatsApp instructions. When we got there we had to phone multiple times to access our room key. 5. We were 4 people in the 2 bedroom penthouse apartment and only received two towels.
This was terrible service, and I won't recommend anyone to visit the "luxury" apartments. Nothing "luxury" about this stay.
