We stayed at Icon Luxury Apartments on October 4-5th and it was **********, the condition of this room was so **********, everything was so dirty. I have photos of the dirty bedding, bathroom ,sheets, floor, light switches , fridge and towels one towel was even wet. 2 minutes after checking, I reported this to the host who just said she’s already gone. Never book here because they won’t answer to emails and will drop your calls

We stayed at Icon Luxury Apartments on October 4-5th and it was **********, the condition of this room was so **********, everything was so dirty. 1. Online check-in did not work 2. I tried to phone the whole of last week to make arrangements for our arrival, no answer. I tried x4 times a day. 3. I also send a message through their website (contact us) and send an email, no response to this day. 3. There was no visible reception or someone to assist 4. The lady said she will leave the key and WhatsApp instructions. When we got there we had to phone multiple times to access our room key. 5. We were 4 people in the 2 bedroom penthouse apartment and only received two towels. This was terrible service, and I won't recommend anyone to visit the "luxury" apartments. Nothing "luxury" about this stay.

If you are tempted to stay in an apartment because hotel rates have gone up 50 percent don’t . The apartment looked great in pics and it is probably twice the size of a hotel room, but you need to read the small print to know that the air conditioner, even though they show it in the pics, is not available. And the TV doesn’t work. So not only did I roast in the apartment for four days but o couldn’t watch the Aussie Open final. Such a rip-off. And the worst is nobody responds to messages on the app and you can’t phone anyone. Bottom line - avoid the Icon luxury apartments !!

I am reviewing the icon luxury apartments in cape Town on long street. I'm only rating them 1 star because there is no option to put in 0 stars My stay at this hotel was absolutely disappointing to say the least There is no way to contact housekeeping to at least get a change of towels as they said they only clean rooms every second day but in my 5 day stay my room was only cleaned once.. I was forced to use the same towel every day due to no contact wit anyone in reception or housekeeping Also the day we were abou to check out I left my room for 20 mins to have breakfast across the street and when I got back my laptop was stolen from my hotel room and the hotel was not helpful at all in helping me after this I will never stay at this apartments again and I will make sure no one I know stays here as well If you stay at this hotel be prepared to have dirty towels and apartment for the duration of your stay as well as be mindful that your belongings are not safe in this hotel There is stealing that goes on and no one does anything about it I repeat you are not safe in this hotel

Hello @ Warren Ndlovu Hope you are well. I was in communication with you via Whatsapp about 2hrs ago regarding a booking I made at Icon luxury apartments. To my suprise my messages are no longer going through, because you have blocked me. Sir I need your assistance My friends and I made a booking for the 7th January 2022 returning on the 9th January 2022, reason we called in the hotel yesterday, and sent you numerous emails was that we wanted to extend our stay with you. But to our suprise we were informed that our booking does not exist. We booked via booking.com. Then home from home arranged payment with us, we paid them the full amount for our stay, and yesterday we get told they liquidated. As your partner company, and knowing well that they liquidated as per our conversation, I'd of thought a solution would of been found, but instead I got blocked.
