Hope you are well. I was in communication with you via Whatsapp about 2hrs ago regarding a booking I made at Icon luxury apartments. To my suprise my messages are no longer going through, because you have blocked me.
Sir I need your assistance
My friends and I made a booking for the 7th January 2022 returning on the 9th January 2022, reason we called in the hotel yesterday, and sent you numerous emails was that we wanted to extend our stay with you. But to our suprise we were informed that our booking does not exist.
We booked via booking.com. Then home from home arranged payment with us, we paid them the full amount for our stay, and yesterday we get told they liquidated.
As your partner company, and knowing well that they liquidated as per our conversation, I'd of thought a solution would of been found, but instead I got blocked.
I still ask for assistance sir, we have paid for our trip, and need your assistance. Please do assist.
