This is the worst real estate agency i have ever come across from a buyers point of view. I have been stuck in a transaction for a year and 1 month and the estate agent has no care in the world as the seller is giving them the run around and now dragging us along in the process as they don't know what to do. Emailed a senior and got absolutely no response which is absolutely pathetic. Estate agents also make promises but gollows none of them through

Do not buy from Icon Property Group. We bought a house from Icon Property Group. We were told that all plumbing and electrical would be replaced and brought up to a compliant standard after we take occupation of the property. By ***nor Gallie. We have been in the property for 2 months now and paid Icon property group as well as their contractors in Full. They are now debating the fact that work needs to take place. Icon property group has told us we need to sort it out ourselves with the contractor. This is the worst experience of pur lives. We bought a house that we cannot move into as it has 1 working light and one working tap.

What a bitterly awful experience! What should have been the most exciting time of my life. Sellers would probably rate them 5stars and that would come as no surprise. Absolutely nothing is done in the interest of the purchaser. It has honestly been a nightmare. Absolutely disappointed in the **** service received from the agent Othello. Very uprofessional. Would not recommend purchasing property through Icon property group!!!

Good day I have a problem with Icon property group Delft. I have been struggling with this business since June 2021. One of their ex employees have conned me and my sister with selling our property. To make a long story short, I have then made contact with this manager Gary informed he on what Shaun has done, but this thing is dragging I don't get any feedback from Gary been emailing him no replies, when I whatsapp him he would tell me to email him , but still I get no feedback from these people. Their service is poor I just want my money still owing from these people oor at least feedback. This is really draining

My friend purchased a house through Icon Property group. He applied for a new house and it was approved. He also applied for the FLISP subsidy which they offered to help with a fee of R1500. This was now in December 2021 and the application was never made. Upon following up with the company and agent the person who helped him is no longer with the company. Now the company dont want to take ownership eventhough the person acted on behalf of the company came to my friends house with company attire and car. Now the come dont want anything to do with the whole situation and said my friend must just get the money from the guy. What do one do in a situation like this? Are there any other people who paid money and never got helped? that is my concern. luckily he does have Legalwise but i am sure something else can be done.

My sister bought a house fem them and she paid R650000. When we first saw the house, there was a lot of work to be done like painting the house inside and out, fixing of ceiling, fixing geyser, and burglar bar with the gates. However, non of thoae things are done as verbally promises by the agent. The house look like a refurbished house and my sister just had a baby. She is a single parent with 2 kids and she bought that house cash. There was other houses she could have bought but she was promises that the house would be fixed. And now the general manager is treating my sister with a lawsuit for asking people for help on Facebook. Please help my sister, you're our only hope
