I hate posting on social platforms but I've sent 4 emails over 2 weeks with o response. I flagged 2 minutes after I processed my online order that I ordered 2 of the same products in error (so it was long BEFORE they were shipped) - no one replied and now I'm sitting with the product and a return policy that stipulates I should foot the bill to send it back. I have set 4 emails to both your email addresses yet no response:(
