Appalling service.
I have been having email issues for a week already, due to an expired certificate. Numerous phone calls and emails and now I am not able to get my emails at all unless I use the webmail interface, because of an encryption error.
How is is possible that an company like this is not able to sort out an email issue in a week??
I have been on hold with them for over 30 minutes today alone.
Their technicians do not call back and are always too busy to assist you when you call.
I receive rude emails back with no answers
After a week of complaining and following up they apparently started with it this morning.
Truly terrible, terrible service.

09 Sept 2024, 07:41Update. The Issue is still not sorted! Got better for a few hours and then worse. Now I don't even get errors, it just doesn't work on my computer and my phone is constantly asking for me to enter my password.
Seems to be the only way to get anything out of this company is to call them (Because they do not get back to you otherwise) and scream and rant and perform (which I do not believe in doing). They don't seem to care about the inconvenience they are actually causing.
