Truly awful company to deal with, pathetic support, faulty equipment and unwilling to help. After buying a brand new HP Smart Tank 530 which started giving issues a week after buying it, to get told it must go in for service. Subsequently the device went in 3 time for the same fault and almost spent half the time I owned it in for repair it was finally replaced with a refurbished unit. This unit came up with a fault about 6 months after getting it, an new problem not printing pages properly or not at all. I take the unit in and find out that the repair agency that supported me previously had closed down and there is a new agency (Only good part of this story is the new agents were amazing and efficient, thank you Hemmersbach), they informed me that the warranty I purchased with the original printer was not transferred to the replacement printer and I only have 16 days left of what should be about 2 years left. They inform me that only HP can correct the warranty and I must use their live chat to get this done. When trying to use the Live chat I get directed to the Whataspp chat. and after spending about 2 hours on the chat with their consultant, I get told to phone their call center. I request that they call me because I have now wasted 2 hours on a chat, about 8 hours traveling up and down and having to repeatedly install this printer, I ask that they call me because 0860 number are not cheap from a cell phone. To which I just repeatedly get the run around that they can not get them to call me. I, now very annoyed want to speak to a manager and the consultant won't even assist with that, I get told again to use the call center. Eventually he just ends the conversation and "cuts" me off After a year of struggling having spent a few thousand rand on the printer, lost time and fuel costs to get this thing sorted I am not at my wits end. This service is pathetic, the product is obviously problematic but they don't care because they have our money. All I needed done was the warranty get moved to the replacement printer as it was supposed to be done when it got replaced. And this is the outcome. Warranty not moved, support staff unable or unwilling to do their job. And a second hand printer which I hope works because the warranty has now lapsed. I do not even have an email address for support or complaints to link to this review as there isn't one available online, pathetic! Only address I could find was the board of directors email address.
I have been having email issues for a week already, due to an expired certificate. Numerous phone calls and emails and now I am not able to get my emails at all unless I use the webmail interface, because of an encryption error. How is is possible that an company like this is not able to sort out an email issue in a week?? I have been on hold with them for over 30 minutes today alone. Their technicians do not call back and are always too busy to assist you when you call. I receive rude emails back with no answers After a week of complaining and following up they apparently started with it this morning. Truly terrible, terrible service.
These riders are a menace. They take over parking lots, don't care about parking in Handicap spots or Curbside pickup at KFC. They skip stop streets, don't indicate and are dangerous on the road.
The service was terrible. We ordered online and set a time for collection. When we got there the parking places for Curbside were all taken by Mr.Delivery drivers. We were unable to check-in because the APP was not working again. So we had to park across from the restaurant go inside and ask for the food which was not ready. When the food was brought out the man who brought it out didn't greet and just gave us the food without checking and just walked away. We went through everything in the car and the order was wrong. We had to go back into the store to ask for the missing food, the same man walked away and after a few minutes came back and just put a box in the packet and walked away again.
This Company is appalling. They have been harassing me for months for someone else. And No matter how many times I have told them they have the wrong number they continue to call me. Get your **** together, call the right people and listen. Unlike the person who called me today and when I told then they have they wrong number again, to please leave me alone and remove my number or I am going to report them for harassment, proceeded to shout at me as to how are they harassing me? Phoning me every other day for the wrong person, that is how.
Their service is appalling. We placed an order at 18:23 and the app confirmed delivery at 19:08. We waited outside until 20:00 with no call from them or message or anything. We contacted them on the App, website and even Facebook. When we finally did get a reply it was that the order had just been placed. And this was about 15 minutes after the time the delivery was scheduled for. They were very quick to take my money and then say it would take several days to get a refund. It is now 20:25 and we still do not have out food and they say they will call us when a driver becomes available.
I have been trying to get support for a few days now, due to there being no connection in a area they clearly show on the coverage map as covered. You cannot contact someone from their website. The support website does not work. The Phone number on their website just gives a recording that they don't take calls anymore. Emailing support@rain.co.za just gets an automated response that they don't use this email anymore please use the support portal, which doesn't work. How are you supposed to get support if every avenue they provide does not work.
