I am not pleased
They called my mom in March asking for our documents and till today we haven't even received anything not even a call from them. When we call them or Momentum they make us wait till we give up. I need to know what is happening with this Unclaimed benefit thay we were suppose to receive

called me to get my details but its been months and cant get an actual update from them. bad communication.

Rude agent ,not willing to assist
I am not happy with with services at all ,first of all the consultant that is handling our case gave me a rude and nasty attitude when i called ,instead of providing me with the information she kept on dismissing me and telling me that i called yesterday(which i did not) I called on Tuesday and i was promised by Petronella that response will be provided today . Now This Thatcher Kekana today gave me a horrible attitude ,and was not even willing to give me feedback ,after a long back and forth with the she told me that out letter will take 30 days for us to receive them ,after we were told on tuesday that we will receive them today ,just because she wasnt in the mood for me ,she just decided that we will wait 30 days ...we have been battling with this for a long time and now another 30 days just because she felt like not expalaining to us !!!!!!!!!!! that is ******* she is just an employee and must provide decent services. We are in need of those letters urgently ,why now the days has changed ? just because their legal team needs to sign it off ,we must wait 30 days never!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can i get some higher and whose willing to assist a customer to provide me with feedback !!! i am sick of this back and forth
