I am not happy with with services at all ,first of all the consultant that is handling our case gave me a rude and nasty attitude when i called ,instead of providing me with the information she kept on dismissing me and telling me that i called yesterday(which i did not) I called on Tuesday and i was promised by Petronella that response will be provided today . Now This Thatcher Kekana today gave me a horrible attitude ,and was not even willing to give me feedback ,after a long back and forth with the she told me that out letter will take 30 days for us to receive them ,after we were told on tuesday that we will receive them today ,just because she wasnt in the mood for me ,she just decided that we will wait 30 days ...we have been battling with this for a long time and now another 30 days just because she felt like not expalaining to us !!!!!!!!!!! that is ******* she is just an employee and must provide decent services. We are in need of those letters urgently ,why now the days has changed ? just because their legal team needs to sign it off ,we must wait 30 days never!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can i get some higher and whose willing to assist a customer to provide me with feedback !!! i am sick of this back and forth
Hello Peter complain does not work with this company, they are very *********** and will do anything in the power not to provide services. Instead you get a complains consultant who does not even know what they doing let alone to a case research before responding to a complaint. Maybe they hoping as a customer you will end up giving up as clearly that’s their mission . Drag their feet till you give up . How can money that was already paid out and you used incorrect name for payment, all must start from scratch!!!!!! Even tax has been deducted but no such feedback is provided instead we are told to start everything from scratch. Whose fault is it that they provided wrong documents to us ? Why should we suffer for their incompetence
Talk about a pathetic and lack of communication from this company. Lack of accountability and proper communication skills is what they need to improve on !!!!! Why does one have to beg just for a mere feedback on the progress????? Even after numerous emails the response does not even have sympathy or anything. Why do they treat people as if they are doing them a favour??????? You have a very poor customer service ! I fail to understand why this ****ty company holds so many people’s funds !!!!! I’m worried about my kids as my employer uses also uses this pathetic company. There needs to be a way to boycott such companies and their services. You guys are being for this, it’s not like you’re doing us a favour!!!!
My deposit was supposed to be returned back to me after two months notice and all of a sudden the walls are dirty. This is the same place which was last painted in 2017 with water paint. Tiles have been broken since then but never fixed . Don’t rent under them please. They are fraudsters whom don’t even bother to respond back to me anymore
Been calling these people for over a week. All I am asking for is a settlement letter but I am forever transferred to other departments and then it cuts, was given a number:0115604914..spoke to Busi and she transferred me, and the call went dead.. I really need to pay this account and I am not getting any help
<p>I submitted a claim for house contents on the 20th if February but till today there has been no feedback, no correspondence to say how's the investigation going , no assessor has been assigned to go home and check ,even ofter 39 that I was informed about . It's funny that we pay every month yet we get the most pathetic service . Instead now I'm the one who needs to follow up . To think I spoke highly of these people </p>
We bought a bed on the 3rd of April and where told it will be delivered on that same Saturday .Sunday we went there and we where told that it would be today ,so when I'm calling them now to find out the time I'm being an attitude and being told that they are not sure when I'm getting the bed . If they did not have the stock at all then they should have told us instead of keeping us hanging here . This is really unacceptable as we urgently need the bed .And the attitude as well was uncalled for .
I took my car for a service and also informed them of the factory fault regarding the keys .The one key started opening up till it eventually become in pieces and now I'm using the spare key, and hardly two weeks it's also starting to open up like the first one .When I went there they told me that the lady who deals with warranty is currently not available till Friday , so she will give a call that Friday ...I waited but never called .I then called on Monday and was transferred to that who was dealing with my case , she first gave me an attitude and told me that as soon as she has feedback she will let me know and hung up on me.Today I called again and same thing ....she will get back to me as there is no response from the head office ..The key is starting to tear apart badly and it will mean that I won't be able to use my car anymore, such an inconvenience it will be for me .I'm really disappointed with such service , I really don't know which steps I should take now cause this spare key won't survive much longer .
