IDA Law shocking service, employees are rude, lazy, arrogant and useless

I was retrenched in June 2025, paid up my loan and recieved a settlement letter in December. IDA Law are very rude and arrogant despite me sending them the settlement letter. They wanted a copy of the origional mail. I have submitted everything numerous times but still IDA Law have up issued me with a settlement letter and my credit profile is still blocked. This is not fair, ethical and I feel prejudiced against and been victimized. Please stop making promises and do your job. I recieved numerous phone calls validating all info and still I am blocked.
