Rude call center agents

IDC your agents are pathetic, they are rude and don't have any ethical knowledge on how to speak to clients. I received a call this morning from IDC Durban *** that's the number that called and they lady that spoke to me was so lost in her Job description that's she wasn't even able to read the notes infront of her .please employ staff that are able to identify as professional and hold a good image on your company name. Your employees are clearly miserable with in their Jobs.
