IDC your agents are pathetic, they are rude and don't have any ethical knowledge on how to speak to clients. I received a call this morning from IDC Durban 031 013 7907 that's the number that called and they lady that spoke to me was so lost in her Job description that's she wasn't even able to read the notes infront of her .please employ staff that are able to identify as professional and hold a good image on your company name. Your employees are clearly miserable with in their Jobs.
I have been debited extra and not refunded. I have now canceled and you are still debiting me. I'm disturbed by your customer service. I'm waiting for feedback for the past two weeks.
I HAVE BEEN DEBITED BY RAIN WITHOUT AUTHENTICATION FROM MY SIDE ,I WAS TOLD BY AND AGENT HE WILL GET BACK TO ME AND HE HASN'T GOTTEN BACK TO ME YET ,ITS BEEN TWO DAYS !
I am so disappointed and disturbed by the behavior and manner in which Telkom and they stuff treat consumers. I have been treated so rudely by an employee of Telkom just because I required assistance with paying up my account. I am waiting for assistance from the end of August. Can someone please help.
