Scam an Crooks
This wont be a long winded complaint about this Con online website. I purchased a item on this website which they said they have stock of. Then weeks went by of back an forth emails about wheres my item.I got email saying theres no stock an suppliers wont be supplying anymore, do i want a ideal direct voucher for not even for the full price I paid for the item I purchased lol someone is definitely smoking something there since it's legal. DO NOT USE THIS SITE ITS A SCAM. THERES NO CONTACT NUMBER ITS ALWAYS OFF. EMAILS GOOD LUCK. Have reported it to my bank fraud division hopefully will get some joy there.

IDEAL DIRECT STINKS!!
Pathetic "service" after a very poor quality item was returned to them. No assistance with returns, I had to make my own arrangements with a courier. Nobody answers the supplied phone number. "Dube" tried to coerce me into accepting a store credit rather than a refund. I refused and insisted on a refund. Well, nothing from then on. No response to numerous emails and need I say, no refund. I will go to the ombudsman from here.
