Teletech television repairs
This business should be prosecuted for ***** and theft. My tv was removed from my house for repair but never returned. Outright ********. No calls or whatsapps are answered. Do not use them! Cape Town

Thieving courier company
Thieving *******s! They pretend to attempt a " delivery", only to advise they could not deliver, so a second payment is required. They cannot prove a phone call was made, neither did they attempt to deliver because they oonly have po bpx address for me!!!!! So, htf do you "deliver" without getting sn address????? ****ed off. Two parcels, same story....

Please see my review under idealdirect. Not possible to edit my post. In short, this is the worst, dishonest company to deal with! They supplied an inferior product. I requested to have it returned. The do not respond when you ask for courier info, neither do they EVER refund you. THEY SIMPLY KEEP THE RETURNED ITEM AND YOU NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN. Obviously this is fraud and theft!! BE WARNED!

IDEAL DIRECT STINKS!!
Pathetic "service" after a very poor quality item was returned to them. No assistance with returns, I had to make my own arrangements with a courier. Nobody answers the supplied phone number. "Dube" tried to coerce me into accepting a store credit rather than a refund. I refused and insisted on a refund. Well, nothing from then on. No response to numerous emails and need I say, no refund. I will go to the ombudsman from here.

READ THIS REVIEW FOR ASSISTANCE WITH HYPERLI I will not bore you with the details. I am a professional individual who regularly purchases online from many different businesses. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I HAD SUCH PATHETIC SERVICE!!! ORD349703 refers...... Ordered a TV with a 7 day delivery promise. After one month, 20 emails, threats and eventually phone calls, I managed to get a refund. Nowhere on their site are there any contact details bar one email address! They simply have no respect for their clients and ignore them blatantly, while keeping your money AND the item in my case. Well, here is some help: Aiden Scheepers is a buyer at Hyperli. He eventually phoned me after many mails and complaints, so I managed to get a name and landline number. PHONE HIM AND BOMBARD HIM WITH YOUR COMPLAINTS!! ********** 556. You're welcome!
