Took my money. Never delivered my order.
Wish I read the reviews before I paid them!!
I placed an online order on 25 Feb 2024 with a note stating these were items for my wedding which was on 16 March 2024. I have still not received my order or my money back! My wedding has passed and the order is now useless, but I also don’t get any responses from them regarding a refund.
After placing my order I sent several emails, Instagram messages and WhatsApps because all of them went unanswered and I was getting stressed about delivery.
On 6 March 2024 someone finally responded on my WhatsApp to tell me there is “some issue” with production and they might not deliver on time, but if that is the case, they will refund me.
I asked again on the promised delivery date, which was 12 March 2024, as to the status of my delivery. To date I have yet to receive any response from anyone. I emailed, sent Instagram messages and have unread WhatsApp message they just ignore. They are completely ignoring me and have disappeared with my money and my order.
I would strongly advise you to do you research before using this “company”.

05 May 2024, 19:06UPDATE: They sent me a WhatsApp saying they reversed the payment on the credit card on 08 April 2024. Turns out that checked out and our refund was processed. Grateful to have the money back that was spent on something we never delivered, which is just right, but still upset with the entire experience.
We didn’t get what we wanted, after spending a lot of time on getting designs ready for print, had to stress about that in the week leading up to our wedding, and ended up making last-minute purchases that we didn’t budget for.
Not a cool time dealing with these people. But thanks for refunding us (after all the messages we sent and frustrations shared).
