I have never been so disgusted by the appalling customer service Identity store offers and from today onwards I don't think I'll ever enjoy the brad,infact I would need to close this account. I always pay my account in time,yesterday I made payment via EFT which I had obviously used my app. I then decide to send an email to customer service for proof of payment. I just received an email saying I had transferred the amount via FNB instead of the Standard bank account which I had used. ACC no. 070296227, my 14 digit account number as a reference. I hate identity store and I swear if this doesn't get fixed I will sue the company for *****ulent and misleading people with false information!!! I have screenshots and I hope this better be fixed by atleast training your lazy customer service consultants who fail to pay attention to detail. I doubt they even opened my attachments. I'm so disappointed and have been with you for only 6months!!!
