I have never been so disgusted by the appalling customer service Identity store offers and from today onwards I don't think I'll ever enjoy the brad,infact I would need to close this account. I always pay my account in time,yesterday I made payment via EFT which I had obviously used my app. I then decide to send an email to customer service for proof of payment. I just received an email saying I had transferred the amount via FNB instead of the Standard bank account which I had used. ACC no. 070296227, my 14 digit account number as a reference. I hate identity store and I swear if this doesn't get fixed I will sue the company for *****ulent and misleading people with false information!!! I have screenshots and I hope this better be fixed by atleast training your lazy customer service consultants who fail to pay attention to detail. I doubt they even opened my attachments. I'm so disappointed and have been with you for only 6months!!!

I opened an account at Identity Clothing Zevenwacht Mall. One of the requirements was to have a bank account for the debit order payment. I purchased clothes and received and sms that my account is in arrears after the one month. I inconveniently went and paid and asked them to correct it. It was not done and they harassed me so much, leaving up to 12 voice messages a day. Trying to explain to the person who called was just useless. They have no respect or any form of customer etiquette and lack telephone mannerism. So completely unprofessional coming from such a huge group of companies. Please teach your agent respect and how to address their customers. It is way out of line. I have been in sales and customer service for over 20 years and can teach them a lot on how to go about what they are doing. Cant wait to settle my account and never use it again.

Hi my number 0797458939 I think it's bad to aproof a person make u go there all the way to tell u personal not there to help me and must try again in the week as I think it's bad to do that to customers weak service at identity c hope thy don't get far

Identity added incorrect information against my name on credit bureau. They say I had credit card with them yet they don't offer credit card. Identity clothing store which is part of Truworth they will mess your entire life. Truworth will add incorrect information with credit bureau agencies just to ruin your life.

I have made a complaint on the identity website which required my email address for feedback but I haven't received any feedback since Monday the 12th of February therefore I am forced to wrote a complaint on Hello Peter. would like this complaint to reach a superior in your department. On Wednesday, 31st January, I visited ID Chatsworth after receiving an SMS about the up to 50% sale. The opened shoe boxes caught my attention instantly so I headed towards the rear of the store only to overhear 2 of your staff conversing quite proudly how they ignored an elderly customer. I was tempted to report this incident to the store manager/supervisor but I couldn't allow this unacceptable behaviour being dismissed with verbal reprimanding hence I left the store. I was so upset that I didn't ask either parties for their names. I then returned on Saturday, 10th February to pay my account and then one of the unfriendly staff happened to be the cashier next to the cashier that attended to me. That ill mannered staff member's name is Jayde/Jade, I am unsure about the spelling. I didn't manage to get the other arrogant guy's name but he is the staff member who appeared to be pricing merchandise near the change rooms. These are the words by your staff who lack simple customer service s****s... "Those old aunties will see the things right in front of them and they will still ask for help", to which the other replied, "That's why I don't look at them." Are they trophy boys who only want to assist young and attractive females and neglect the aged because they're aren't enticing? I am appalled and it's unfortunate that I had to witness this kind of behaviour. I will only make my next purchase at Identity once I receive feedback. I hope these individuals will be dealt with accordingly! (This complaint was left on your website! Maybe you people would do something now hey!)

<p>I am so angry and disturbed with Identity's serve, I paid R600 on my account end of May. advised the gentleman at the store that I want to pay for 2 months. during the month of June, I receive an amount for the next bill which was R320. I then called the Call Centre to inquire about my amount that I need to pay. They told me I would need to pay R20, I was then advised that the system automatically generates amount for the monthly fee. I called 3 times to the Call Centre and advised of the same thing. later on this month. I was told I was in arrears for R330. I need this to be rectified. it not my fault I was given correct information. the call center agent I spoke to regarding this told she can't help me. I must just write to Hello Peter. I'm really disappointed with the type of service I've received.</p>

It has been more than a year now that I keep receving phone calls and sms' about a Sp Kubeka and that they have handed me over to VVM Debt collectors. I am not Kubeka and have over a 100 times now told the people contacting me to stop harassing me. Identity you have the wrong number. Get the right contact details for Kubeka and leave me alone. I am not interested in your shop nor will ever be because of this harassment. </p> <p>Sms I keep receiving:</p> <p>Miss Sp Kubeka your Identity acc has been handed over to VVM Debt Collectors, Balance O/s of .... Contact us urgently on ********** 956 for a payment arrangement. Ref: ********** ********** </p> <p> </p>
