The poorest and lost pathetic service. Please teach your workers ethics and principals. They're lacking all of the important. The CEO can contact me . They are robbing people with non deliveries and refunding only half the money they paid and keeps the rest. They tried to deliver to an address I never used before then told me they waited too long. Poor and pathetic. Get people that understand what they are dealing with. They're not dealing with their dogs at home, but with customers. I am not ever using them again and will not recommend anyone to do so. Imagine they keep R40 of 20 people daily! They become rich for doing nothing. DAYLIGHT *******. Contact me cause I want my money back.
I ordered a bud earphone on 7 May worth R330 and paid R75 for delivery. It reached me on 9 May but the completely incorrect item. This was after it said "In stock ". I logged a return product with the option asking for the correct product to be sent. They collected, and today 16 May reversed my R330 into a Takelot credit. My complaint is that it was not my fault that they sent the incorrect product, probably because they never had stock of the item I ordered. Now telling me sorry no stock. But why must I now pay again for delivery and why cant I get my R75 reversed to credit as I got nothing at all. Looks like this is how Takealot makes money. Accepts orders knowing they dont have stock, then rob people of their delivery money so that they can be charged again. I hope they will email me as I emailed them as well. Their is no call centre you can call to speak to anyone and just a bunch of stupid questions that does not help at all. This is a bunch of ****** and I'm sure it happened to other people before. For such a "renowned" business to make dealings.like this is totally unacceptable. They blatantly just took my R75 delivery fee for absolutely nothing. One star, and if I could give a 0, it would've been.
I purchased a drone for my son for Christmas and it seemed like there was an issue with its movement. So I went to Toys R Us in Somerset Mall and explained. They said I can stop it but the lady assistant said they don't have stock. We then had to ask if she can call other branches to find out who has stock that we can go to to get it sorted. After waiting quite a while, and having to ask the other assistant what is happening, she came and said we can go to Tygervalley to do an exchange. She just started helping other customers while I had to stand and wait for her to complete her assisting me. I found this very unprofessional and ********* of her to do. No apology or excuse as to why I had to wait so long. This was on 28 December. I then drove all the way to Tygervalley Centre where a mvery friendly, helpful and very intelligent lady called Haylene promptly assisted me. She even went as far as attempting to check the drone for me and got assistance from a fellow colleague as well. I must thank her for the wonderful service she delivered and the fact that she showed empathy for what happened. I then later was just curious and asked if Somerset Mall have stock, which she confirmed that they do have. So there you have it,...The assistant at Somerset Mall obviously did not want to assist or didn't see it as important to try sort out my issue, but was quick to send me to another branch. Shame on her. There was two ladies working at the tills there on 28 Dec and I am very dissatisfied with the service from this branch. Clearly Haylene is great at what she does cause the result speaks for itself. And I hope you will deal with the quality of service at the Somerset Mall store.
I buy coffee for me and 3 fellow church goers every Sunday on my way to church. And on 1 December I decided to get coffee for me and my partner on the way home again. Getting there, we decided to get lunch as well. We ordered and waited very long. A lot of customers were waiting long and getting very impatient. The assistant in front was slow and confused about what she should do. All the people crowded together at the counter for waiting so long. Then I got my lunch but was told there is no coffee or the machine is broken. I was so disappointed to have waited so long only to be told there is no coffee, and that is what I went there for. Then it took another long time for a manage to come refund me and not even with an apology or anything to say. And to top it off, through all this madness, they did not give me my cool drink of the All Star box that I ordered. Total chaos and no structure at this KFC. I recommend no one to go there. The workers have sarcastic attitudes and I dont care gestures at that branch.
A really bad experience none as before. I had just R300 in wi vouchers and decided to spend it at this store. When I got to the till and advised the cashier that I will be paying with wi vouchers, she (K August)had a very unpleasant look on her face and suddenly didn't seem helpful. She did not even ask me for my Smart Shopper card. To top it all off, I had to tell people behind me in the queue that it might take a while to pay with the vouchers and had to apologize for that myself. When we entered the vouchers, I asked her if I can swipe my card, she said it's too late although the transaction wasn't rung off yet. I therefore had to pay R6.00 more for each of the 3 packs of Big Korn Bites because she didn't ask for my Smart Shopper card. I hope everyone shopping there wees this review, and will keep this in mind.
I started school in 1980 and completed in 1992 with a nice amount of friends that i am still in contact with. One of these friends visited the past week from Netherlands and we all, approximately 20 in total decided to meet somewhere for drinks and to have supper together. We then contacted the Stellnbosch Flying Club and they agreed to make a reservation for us. Upon arrival we had drinks outside in the entertainment area, and then moved towards the restaurant area to go order our food and to sit down. The acting manager then informed us the restaurant area is only for club members. We were very dissapointed as they did not mention this at the time we made the reservation although we made it clear we would like to have supper. The manager was very ****y and unhelpful despite the fact that the restaurant area which can probably host 70 people had only 5 -6 people sitting there. I think they were very unprofessional and inconsiderate and is poorly managed and has no manner of communication and would never recommend anyone going there. We had to urgently find a place to eat that had space for 20 people , but found a nice place not far away from there, and would always go back there as we had a pleasant experience. So to all I will say to avoid this place as there are many other beautiful restaurants and venues that far exceed the welcoming that we had at the flying club
I went to KFC at Zevenwacht Mall at the drive through on 30 April evening . I wanted to order 2 x Streetwise 2 meals and 2 x bottles of Coca Cola. After asking the person to add the drinks, she repeated the order with 4 Zinger wings and not the drinks. When I told her no Zinger wings she became abrupt and talked in her own language, sounding upset. We then moved on to pay. Then she moaned again and asked about the Zinger wings and said rudely that they only have small pieces available. I said its fine. Getting home, both boxes had 3 x wings in it and very little fries, no spice were given. This is the obsolete of poor and pathetic customer service and people employed that does not know how to respect others or how to communicate decently with customers. Come on KFC managment...dont let your trusted brand get so damaged by uneducated and rude donkies. You have a brand to uphold. Never will go their again for sure!
I opened an account at Identity Clothing Zevenwacht Mall. One of the requirements was to have a bank account for the debit order payment. I purchased clothes and received and sms that my account is in arrears after the one month. I inconveniently went and paid and asked them to correct it. It was not done and they harassed me so much, leaving up to 12 voice messages a day. Trying to explain to the person who called was just useless. They have no respect or any form of customer etiquette and lack telephone mannerism. So completely unprofessional coming from such a huge group of companies. Please teach your agent respect and how to address their customers. It is way out of line. I have been in sales and customer service for over 20 years and can teach them a lot on how to go about what they are doing. Cant wait to settle my account and never use it again.
