<p>I am so angry and disturbed with Identity's serve, I paid R600 on my account end of May. advised the gentleman at the store that I want to pay for 2 months. during the month of June, I receive an amount for the next bill which was R320. I then called the Call Centre to inquire about my amount that I need to pay. They told me I would need to pay R20, I was then advised that the system automatically generates amount for the monthly fee. I called 3 times to the Call Centre and advised of the same thing. later on this month. I was told I was in arrears for R330. I need this to be rectified. it not my fault I was given correct information. the call center agent I spoke to regarding this told she can't help me. I must just write to Hello Peter. I'm really disappointed with the type of service I've received.</p>
