I am disgusted with the survice from Hyundai - at Umhlangan. I bought my car on the 30th of April 2025. Collected it on the 2nd of May 2025. I was told that the car has a survive plan. To Mt surprise today it does not have it any more it has expired. Yet I called them yesterday (20th October 2025) the lady I spoke to told me I might have to pay in a penalty because I have exceeded the mileage. Today when I get there they tell me that it has expired. This is something that was meant to be communicated yesterday. I have waisted my petrol. I was also not told that the survice plan has expired. She told me that this one I will have to day will be the last one there after I have to pay for. She will get a sales person to contact me regarding continuation of the survice plan. I'm truly disappointed and very upset. Survice is very important for a car. Such negligence should be tolarater.
<p>I am so angry and disturbed with Identity's serve, I paid R600 on my account end of May. advised the gentleman at the store that I want to pay for 2 months. during the month of June, I receive an amount for the next bill which was R320. I then called the Call Centre to inquire about my amount that I need to pay. They told me I would need to pay R20, I was then advised that the system automatically generates amount for the monthly fee. I called 3 times to the Call Centre and advised of the same thing. later on this month. I was told I was in arrears for R330. I need this to be rectified. it not my fault I was given correct information. the call center agent I spoke to regarding this told she can't help me. I must just write to Hello Peter. I'm really disappointed with the type of service I've received.</p>
<p>I am a resident of KwaNqetho ward 8 (Kasawoti) our councilor is Themba Shelembe.<br />The place we live has water underneath, this was discovered by servaous. We put into waiting place called Lindela in Claremont were we were promised RDP houses. We have been waiting from 2009. Our furniture have been ruined. Because of this. At Lindela they was no electricity, living conditions were even harder there. Mayor come to see our place and incouraged us to look for our own places so they can build new places. All this was not done instead the people that are in a communittee are benefiting from this and we are left with no hope and assistance. The are building RDP houses for each other </p> <p> </p> <p>Please do not reveil my name because my life will be in grate danger.</p> <p>We really need need help in Ward 8</p>
I'm Samukelisiwe Dlamini, I'm banking with FNB. I lost my Cheque card. I went to the pavilion branch, I was given wrong information about ewallet. I went to the Pinetown branch I received the best service from the staff there. I was assist with a smile. Indrin Naicker I commend you and your staff. If all branch managers were like you we would have no problems. Please pass all your values to other branch managers. Thank you so much Phakamisa Chiliza and Bongani Ntshele. I would have my temp card if it wasn't because of you. I will forever be grateful. FNB need employees like the both of you. Idrin you have filled the name of FNB I will be sure to tell anyone that has a problem to come to your branch. You are really about serving the customer. You have build a great staff there. Keep shining always.
My husband opened a building material account with Build he has been paying since last year. Now he is ready to build. He has be phoning and going to build it personally requesting for the building materials every day he is told it will be delivered with no joy on our side. On the 29th of Jan 2016 my husband didn't't go to work hoping that he would come with the material still he was promised that it will be delivered. But nothing was delivered. We are paying for nothing basically, he went to other hardware to open an account again, it every successful we have started the foundation thanks to their good service. All we want now is our money back because Build it was not will to provide us with anything but willing to take our money every week. We thought paying upfront would help but it has put us in a lot of stress.
