16 Jul 2024, 09:15 Defamatory and Shamefully Untrue The complaint is duly noted. It is difficult to respond to a review such as this as it is defamatory and irresponsibly, impulsively and untruthfully written in its entirety. For almost 10 years (Nov 2014) iDivorce has been of service to the public and we take pride in our professional, efficient and highly confidential business ethic, for which we have become well-known. However, for the first time, we have been placed in the unfortunate position of having to defend ourselves publicly in a confidential matter but feel we must as the content of the complainant’s text compels us to do so as it is damaging and is filled with commentary which is utterly untrue. In a nutshell, the complainant completed our application form stating his spouse as Plaintiff and furnishing all his spouse's personal required details and himself as Defendant, furnishing all his details. Throughout the application which is pages long he continues to refer to himself as Defendant. Complainant is totally ignoring the fact that he completed our application form incorrectly, which we would not have known as any one party can choose to be Plaintiff or Defendant. At NO stage did we capture any information incorrectly – the documents were drawn up precisely as the application instructed. He persisted in maintaining that we were “reading the information incorrectly” and we were “discovering we captured the Plaintiff and Defendant incorrectly” from the application, despite us providing him with complete proof twice this this was not the case. Stating that our service is **** lowers the tone of his complaint considerably and shares enlightenment on the entire unpleasant dealings, which we endured with absolute politeness and compassion, as we do with all our clients.
Best regards,
