Please note that we pulled up your job and we see that your device is repaired and ready for collection as of the beginning of January.
It is to be noted, that we have not received payment for the repair. We require payment in order for us to dispatch the unit back to you. We sent you the quotation with our banking details on the 8 December as well as a payment link on the 5 January.
If you have already made payment, please send us the proof of payment via email to hello@wefix.co.za and we will dispatch the repaired device back to you.
