frustration. A month without my phone
**** alert. My girlfriend suggested we use wefix to fix her Iphone 12 pro max. we choose the collect and deliver method. The phone went to CPT. The said to us they were waiting for parts to arrive so they can fix the phone.the quoted the battery in their first invoice. it has been a month, there is no clear communication from their side.we fix phones because we need them.a month without a phone mean you do have access to convenence. you need a new phone to use emails,work apps etc . Really disappointed. plus there is no number to contact them
