I tried to trade in my iPhone 13 with a courier pickup, but the service I received was non-existent. The shipping label I was supposed to attach was empty (the PDF file I was given had no content), and the courier never showed up. I sent an email following up near the expiration date for my trade-in, but it never received a response. Upon the expiry, I received an email explaining that my device was not received and that they would not be able to honour my trade-in.
I decided to try a different company after this, and received much better service, response times, and a successful, easy trade-in. I was considering buying a device from weFix, but after this experience I do not trust their trustworthiness.
