Impossible to get a refund

I recently opened an CFD trading account with IG.com/za and funded it through the normal channels using a credit card. I am now trying to withdraw funds but am given numerous excuses and requests to provide all kinds of proof that I own the credit card I paid with. I have dealt with 5 different people up until now - each each requiring different information or documents. They are uncontactable by phone - numbers provided at the bottom of emails do not exist - so all contact is done by email or seemingly fax. Be warned ---------- I will update this case once I get refunded.
