Ignite Fitness Cancelled Membership Still Being Charged

Absolutely shocking experience with Ignite Fitness.

In January, I received a written confirmation from their team that my membership had been cancelled, with one final payment due for February. I trusted that everything was handled professionally and moved on — only to discover months later that Ignite Fitness has continued to debit my account every single month since then.

That’s five months of unauthorized charges after they explicitly confirmed the cancellation. No communication. No warnings. Just quietly taking my money while I was under the impression that everything had been properly closed.

This is not just careless — it’s completely *********.

If you’re thinking of signing up, be very cautious. And if you ever plan to cancel, triple check your bank statements — don’t rely on their word, even if you have it in writing.

Absolutely unacceptable. I would not recommend them to anyone.
