Their contact details on their letterhead - both email and telephonic are ficticious. The company cannot be reached. When calling their ********** number, then you get put through to the Cape Town branch line - which as you know does not work. They are a division of Dimension Data in Observatory Cape Town, but they too can tell you nothing of the Directors/Managers of Ignite or how to contact them, as Dimension Data gives you one of the above numbers to reach Ignite. What ever you do - Do NOT choose them as a service provider, You will be very sorry. They are unreachable no matter which way you try
