As a first time online shopper, buying a washing machine which I knew I wanted but due to being at work and not able to go into the stores, I went ahead and shopped online at Tafelberg furnishers, and asked the "expert" as mentioned on website. She advised me they have stock and still at the advertised price, she guided me though purchasing online. I did the purchase and to my surprise it was quite painless and easy. I chose eft as payment. Did the payment the evening at home, and without further emails or messages they delivered the exact day they said (by the morning.) Not only did they take note as to my instructions which they have as option -But they told the driver to wait for the lady who was taking my order as she was in the next road. Thank you to accounts and dispatch manager and all who helped me. I was a bit panicky as it was my first online purchase and not sure how the customer service was for online orders. Happy to say - I was nervous for nothing. Thank you guys for bearing with me, I highly recommend your online shopping.
I opened a new Nedbank account online on Thursday, and I got all my paperwork and sms's by Friday. Thank you nedbank for customising your services for the very busy worker, who cannot find time to come into a bank. Much appreciated & Well done.
Good day, I thought it was a joke, the online msg said everything will be sorted by the next business day - not really I thought as its 7pm at night and it can't possibly be done by tomorrow. But the next business day I received sms confirmations, the following day (today) all emails/ paperwork. Nedbank thank you for a very effecient online service. Very well done.

Good day, I just received an email from Nedbank, stating what my password is in the subject line. The email which I tried with fail to report on the Nedbank online complaints section twice was rejected. The online Nedbank form took all my personal details - more than usual and then paused and rejected my complaint form. The email details things about my account which never usually happens, displaying the kind of bank account I have and a good portion of my password. Since when does a bank throw those details in an email subject line for all to see.
After my account is settled with woolworths and I have my letter, They continue to debit my account, Now I get a letter stating I still owe them. ***. The reason my account could not be paid is because they failed to put a debit order in place when opening my account - several times - all these are recorded. They failed on the date of debit, on the changing of the erroneous debit order date - several times and now they want more money after not stopping my debit order -Woolworths, please employ staff with at lease a basic education, it would make all our lives easier. Cheap is easy, but your reputation falls heavily. Marina van der Merwe
First time calling..I can see why they are not going to keep their doors open for long. This receptionist just put the phone down in my ear when asking for the owner. I agree with all the bad reviews - this place is trash.

Please do not choose Ignite as your ISP, their Cape Town office telephone number, ********** , does not get answered, their JHB number 0860 50 5000 does not get answered, From day one, we have battled with the disgraceful level of service. Their contact details on their letterhead - both email and telephonic are ficticious. The company cannot be reached. When calling their ********** number, then you get put through to the Cape Town branch line - which as you know does not work. They are a division of Dimension Data in Observatory Cape Town, but they too can tell you nothing of the Directors/Managers of Ignite or how to contact them, as Dimension Data gives you one of the above numbers to reach Ignite. What ever you do - Do NOT choose them as a service provider, You will be very sorry. They are unreachable no matter which way you try
Good day, We are a client of Kyocera, and been trying to place an order for two weeks, secondly we are also trying to pay our bill for a service which took place - but ********** has not given us any response to either mails. Despite calling to the service department twice and asking whether they received our e-mails - the reply was yes, they will attend to it. But we are still waiting. I had to raise my voice at some poor man in their department earlier because the Service Manager is off ill today when asking for management, so instead I get put through to a technical department. How lovely.
