Excellent Customer Service and Swift Resolution
My wife accidentally left her bank card at The Crazy Store, and unfortunately unauthorized transactions were made later that day. We contacted the store online, and a very friendly staff member named Brian responded quickly and handled the matter professionally from the start. I would like to commend The Crazy Store management and staff for the swift, respectful, and transparent manner in which the situation was resolved. It is refreshing to deal with a company that takes customer concerns seriously and works proactively toward a fair resolution for everyone involved. Thank you to Brian and The Crazy Store team for the excellent service and professionalism.

Excellent Customer Service and Swift Resolution

I had an outstanding experience at The Crazy Store in Blue Route Mall in January 2026. I would especially like to commend the store manager, Sammy Mbangata, for her exceptional service. I had been searching for a portable pool pump cartridge that has been out of stock for months across multiple retailers, and I had almost given up hope of finding one. Sammy went above and beyond to assist—taking the time to thoroughly check and ultimately locating one in-store. Her willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference and turned what had been a frustrating search into a very positive experience. Thank you, Sammy, for your dedication, initiative, and outstanding customer service. It is truly appreciated.

Unprofessional and Discriminatory Conduct at The Crazy Store Rivonia
I recently accompanied a family member to submit a CV in person at The Crazy Store in Rivonia, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The manager on duty was dismissive and made a concerning remark, stating that he would not hire anyone over the age of 30 unless they were “exceptional.” This was said openly and without hesitation. Such comments are not only unprofessional but also raise serious concerns about fairness and respect in the hiring process. Job seekers deserve to be treated with dignity, regardless of their age or background. This interaction left a very negative impression, and I hope the company addresses this kind of conduct to ensure a more respectful and inclusive environment for all applicants.

Last Friday I was looking for a chair bag for school for my son, I visited the crazy store at the Pick and Pay Centre in Bluff, I still cant believe the rudeness of the lady I encountered as I quired if they stock stationery, I am not trying to get anyone in trouble but I think more training in customer care will go a long way, I decided to rather go to Checkers hyper and was helped by Nongcedo and had a pleasant experience.

Exceptional quality customer service and care , This is my second time coming to crazy store Randfontein tamboti mall and these guys never disappoint. Im crazy about their service from the moment you enter the store not knowing wht to buy to balloon inflation, they surely with a smile get u sorted and organized 😉 including gift selection . Even though they dont have variety but they will make what ever they have to work for you . Im proud of the store manger Bongile and the sales guy Onkarabile. A great salute and hand of a plaus. Thank you very much

I bought two cars @ R249
I bought two cars @ R249.99 each for my nephews for Christmas gift at Crazy store - Queenstown Nonesi Mall and only to find out cars both doesn’t work and I have been on sick leave from the 6th and only got a chance to go to the store yesterday to ask to be given another cars and please be tested this time and Thandiswa the store manager said “are you begging or telling me” because how much you spent isn’t my problem as 15 has passed so I must take the cars back to East London or any other crazy store as it’s not her concern
