Exceptional quality customer service and care , This is my second time coming to crazy store Randfontein tamboti mall and these guys never disappoint. Im crazy about their service from the moment you enter the store not knowing wht to buy to balloon inflation, they surely with a smile get u sorted and organized 😉 including gift selection . Even though they dont have variety but they will make what ever they have to work for you . Im proud of the store manger Bongile and the sales guy Onkarabile. A great salute and hand of a plaus. Driver Mr Hans Brian is a every enthusiastic, friendly, calm and professional driver . My address was not picked up by the map but Mr Hans went out of his way to ensure that my medication is delivered at the exact day promises ,he found my home ,and it was not the first time he went such an extra mile in service satisfaction. He once had to deliver my mom's medication at my place of work but on that particular day I was not at work ,he went an extra mile to finding my residence address through the discerm service center in store for them to call me and ask where can they deliver the medication and I gave them my residential address . Iam so proud of using dischem as our primary pharmacy. We'll done Mr Hans and the dischem crew for being the promise keeper and ensuring our health is taken care of . Thank you once more
After my hospital discharge i didnt have medication to take at home only the prescription as i was denied by the hospital the left over tablets that the dr prescribed for me . I was desperate since i had no car to go to the parmacy to buy the medication ,but discerm on line contacted me with regards to my moms repeat script which i then thought of asking discerm via whats app with regards to my medication and they assisted me with great pleasure ,Service exceptional 👏professional 👌userfiendly 🙌 Discerm Tamboti mall Randfontein. I scanned my prescription then sent them it ,then they sent their courier with my medication along with my mom's medication . They asked for the original prescription upon delivery . My problem was sorted jst like that . With just a touch of a finger .
Life Poortveiw can make or break you I was admitted in life Poortview hospital due to health problem . My first experience I was very nervous about the intuition but I’m glad we were taken in and best served by very specific nurses who went all the way beyond their job descriptions and expectations to ensure our well being are catered for ,to some point it started to feel like home when it was their shift . They gave their best and become selfless to us but yet professional,loving ,passionate and caring . They never not by even a day failure to care . I salute them :Sr Refilwe ,Sr Ashley ,the unit manager in ward one who always wears a smile jst like the above mentioned nurses not forgetting my hope givers : Khanyisa ,Pertunia ,Lisbert .I salute you by standing by to principles and treating us with care and respect at all times with no judgment.Theses nurses certainly knows why they took their pledge with pride and carried the mission . Most respect to them . To Sr Tebelo a light skinned sr working in ward 1 ,I must say after the altication we had with regards to her redirecting me to someone else that I didn’t even knew as for what ever I need she kept on redirecting me to Purtinia who supposingly deligated for most duties that we need assistance, made me question her nursing skills . But I applaude her for getting back to me and we spoke ,she apologiesed and took accountability for her failure to assist according to job description. She was able to apologise and then started treating us as normal clients as it should have been from the start . My sadness moment was this nurse who works Monday-Friday Zulu speaking enrolled nurse , this lady has a lot of training needed for her experiences , she exchanges words with patients not even knowing when to pet her superior take charge when she will notice that you don’t see eye to eye with her , she used words like when I asked for something for my migraines she told me that I’m addicted to pain medicine but she is not in my head and as far as my consent it was my right to get Wht iam prescribed for when I need it ,I went to Poortview for healing not judgement, far worst she will be so sarcastic about our where about and medication in front of us patients with no remorse . I guess she still needs to be reminded of her pledge and scope of practice including etiquettes . I was confused by also during my discharge she refused me the medication that was prescribed and billed to my medical aid but I didn’t finish them so I requested that she can please give them to me as my medical aid it’s almost depleted and the hospital medication is already in use ,these remaining oral medication would have made my script easy to get what I can upon discharged , she said it’s going back to the pharmacy to be credited but what was the point to send it there since i need them as my prescription was requested on my discharge scripts . Unnecessary wait till I can get my prescription. She never even bothered to ask from her supervisor ,she always debates with me,she have no ethics instead attitude,judging people with their diagnosis . I don’t expect to be back chatted by a nurse instead of her taking up to her manager nor it would have been better if the process was explained upon admission to us so that we will be able to know . Not to forget the Louis our loving and caring ward clerk , chef who ensured our needs are met and gave five star treatment ,my Khumalo the security guard who at all times ensured our safety and lastly our cleaner so caring . Thank you very much for the stay and treatment you have given me
I wanted assistance with my policy and a advisor by the name of Thato Mthetwa who was so exceptional with the service ,he was efficient and well informed . There is no way can leave an insurance which always meets the needs of the customers with a smile and quick access. He went extra mile of following up with my claim and ensuring all requirements are met without failure. We had unfortunately sudden death in the family and Avbob Roodepoort which is on the Onderkers road took all the work on their shoulders . We were assisted by Mendi ,she was very supportive, patient and informative towards us . We didn't know where to start and what to do but our broker Mr Olwethu went an over extra mile fetched us from home with his own transport and introduced us to Mendi who then took over the claim and made all the funeral arrangements which we were included every step of the way interms of decisions about wraths ,photos to obituaries . This avbob team we salute them 👏. They went beyond their expected scope of practice to ensure we don't stress and we have all was needed . Just when we thought that was Mendi introduced us to a very incredible man amongst men Mr Dannie at the morgue who took care of our baby girl ,he ensured dignity whilst keeping inmind with the legislation and popy act . He handled our deceased baby girl with love ,care and dignity as if she was his own ,assisted us to find her in a very presentable condition after the autopsy, he then tutored while assisting hands on with washing her ,dressing her and making her up .He provided us with everything we forgot to bring. During the funeral he was extremely punctual even came before time to ensure he gives us a bit of time to prepare and be with her before the ceremony started . He carried her with pride and dignity. I'm so proud 👏 of this amazing team . I have no words to describe how satisfied and proud iam towards this team of people .They really presented the company and our family . I salute you Mr Olwethu ,Mr Dannie and Mrs Mendi Serfontein.
Iam very disappointed and angry with the service prover at Tyger wheels and tyre's in Randfontein. I was assisted by the guy called Leon De Jager, he was so unprofessional and displayed an unprofessional behavior which was very bias and discriminating . I went there for my tyres assessment that Bidvest insurance sent me for my damaged tyre's . When I got there even befor he could assess my tyre's he claimed that they won't cover the damages to the wheels cause by punctures then I told him that I have been with this insurance for years now and they always covered and replaced my tyre's I trust them, after I told him that, he then told me that because they are about to close I must come the following day which I was working I couldn't come. But we had an argument with regards to the insurance covering my tyre's, he ended up saying that OK I can bring it for assessment when ever I can but he doubt they will cover it. When I came back with the insurance forms to show him that it was written that they cover road harzads, potholes, nail damage etc, Leon De Jager was not happy to notice that I know what iam talking about then he just hushed me away telling me that he will send what ever he can to the insurance. I took my car to Tyger wheels in Randfontein on the 15th of September 2023 and I found the same Leon who didn't give me good service at all, he said that I should bring the car over so that they will assess it. The guys working there took out the tyre's and saw that the tyre's are damaged indeed and I told them that I needed new tyre's as iam afraid that if they fix these punctures I will come across the same problem in the near future as I drive with them and the thread size keeps on decreasing they agreed with me as they say that these tyre's are wearing off but Leon was so adement to just get over and done with me as a client. I don't feel that Tyger wheels and tyre's in Randfontein they value their clients nor treat them the same and with dignity. Leon told me the out come of my claim even before he saw my tyre's and even after he saw them he persisted on having them just fixed. Leon De Jager costed me so much as he sent and email to my insurance stating that my tyre's are repairable and I'm insisting on replacement but he can just fix my tyre's. What kind of a dealer ship that does that, his duty is not to tell my insurance what to do but to send the claim and my insurance will then decide. So Bid vest gave me a decision based on Leon's email and preference to my tyre's. It's been years I haven't been claiming my tyre's now when something happens to them they just suggest them to be fixed which iam afraid that they may give me a problem in the near future. Tyger wheels in Randfontein is very bad, they way they munipulate our claims and costing us. Leon does not care about clients and it seems that it depands on him if the client is the one he can value or not. He took me for granted and undermined me. Iam really unhappy and disappointed at Tyger wheels and tyre's especially Leon for handling the company's name like this towards it's clients
I ordered a home router with unlimited data but I received a pocket router instead of what I ordered. They gave me what was not in agreement with and I tried to be in touch with them as soon as the router was delivered to return this package of which it was not honored. They still continued with the debit order as if everything is OK. I feel disregarded and disrespected as a customer by this company. False adverti*****t and service delivery. In paying for for was not ordered and what iam not using. I am really upset and at the same time dissatisfied /disappointed. My contact number is 0835939932
I have a delivery on Friday but I missed the courier call when their client service got hold of me and I confirmed that I was home that was after 15-20mins after the couriers call. Then I called the missed call number since I didn't know who it was the courier guy was very rude he said to me when a black man calls I ignore their call but when white people call I respond when I tried to reason with him he hanged up the phone. I then called their client service to report that incident but the consultant was not friendly at all instead she kept my call on hold without explaining to me the net step. Then I received no delivery till today, I honestly think they wanted to be spiteful. I'm really disappointed and dissatisfied about their service. Unprofessional and couriers have racial issues
I had an issue with the returns that I logged because it was delivered to a incorrect address, so eventually they managed to track it down and retrieve it. Now my return has been concluded, iam satisfied
