Don't advertise on google, they will just charge you money and you don't get any sales...I suspect they also use click bots to increase their revenue. If your advertising budget are not big enough they have all kinds of excuses not to allow you to advertise on them, they are also political in their views by interfering in the Ukraine war by banning Russian advertisers.
I registered my sellers account, the account got locked out and there are no way to unlock the account. No customer support without logging into your account, how idiotic is this.
Tele sales keep bugging me without permission, I will never use any Discovery product now.
I was not sure about this shop, and I enquired about the validity of their Peltier components and they promptly rep**** with a good amount of information, I placed an order and received it within 24 hours, I was pleasantly surprised as this level of service is a rarity in South Africa. Took my tv that have a broken led strip to them for repairs and asked them to replace the led strips. They fixed it by bypassing an led and charged me for it. The tv now have a dark line at the top.
I couldn't find earth wire anywhere I looked and came upon this company, they had earth wire in different sizes and you could order by the meter. I ordered some in the morning and was amazed when It arrived in the afternoon. These guys are on the ball and I can recommend them to anyone.

He clearly explained the issue they had with a driver to me and assured me my package will be delivered before end of business day. I explained to him that it's difficult customers like me that forces a company to review their operations policies and procedures and improve them. Look after your difficult customers because they are the reason you're a good company.
I've been trying to uograde one of my contracts for 2 months now, have left 2 complaints on hellopeter and many mails and calls to coactivate that never come back to me. Vodacom simply ignores me, what can I do now?
For the past 2 months I've been trying to upgrade both my contracts. The online system swaps the numbers around in order that you have to reverse the upgrade and they bill you every time thus I am getting billed twice. I've requested many times that they fix it, but all they do is just reverse the upgrade thus causing the original contracts to bill me again, this is how vodacom makes extra money from their customers, my problem is still existing, both my contracts are in upgrade status again and I'm being double billed for the upgrade contracts and the old contracts; I wish Carte Blanche can expose this. It's a *****ulent tactic being employed by vodacom. not a single person phoned me although I sent numerous emails to the coactivate admins. Where can I go from here?
