Excellent Service and Fast on Deliveries. if you phone them for some product queries it gets sorted on the spot another excellent tech shop that goes the extra mile for customers keep up the great work !!

Amazing service! Thank you! Before they even see payment showing in their bank account, product already arrived and beautifully packed, not just once, but every order perfect and nice box with computer goodies purchased packed so neatly. Go see what this company sells and have fun while learning computers and coding!

Consistently exceptional service
I have used PiShop a number of times now. I can confirm, as unusual as this may sound, that their exceptional level of service appears to be just the normal way they operate. Every time.

Great response and fast service Well Done !!!
I was not sure about this shop, and I enquired about the validity of their Peltier components and they promptly rep**** with a good amount of information, I placed an order and received it within 24 hours, I was pleasantly surprised as this level of service is a rarity in South Africa. Well done, you've got a new regular customer.

Miscounted Stock.....
Placed an order for a product (Laser machine) and stated that I would pay cash upon collection. I received a confirmation email that the unit was ready and could be collected. Drove through to the shop to collect the unit, shortly after arrival I am told, we had a miscount, there are no stock. Like seriously, are the people doing stock take blind... How can you count it wrong? It is a big box, not like it is a small machine. I was utterly disgusted with the poor service.
