I had an outstanding experience at The Crazy Store in Blue Route Mall in January 2026.

I would especially like to commend the store manager, Sammy Mbangata, for her exceptional service. I had been searching for a portable pool pump cartridge that has been out of stock for months across multiple retailers, and I had almost given up hope of finding one.

Sammy went above and beyond to assist—taking the time to thoroughly check and ultimately locating one in-store. Her willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference and turned what had been a frustrating search into a very positive experience.
